What IGL Coatings Is
IGL Coatings is a professional-grade ceramic coating line built for trained installers, not DIY use. For paint, we apply IGL’s Kenzo, a two-part graphene-reinforced system rated at 10H hardness with up to 5 years of protection, or IGL’s Arcane, a single-layer Graphene Infinite coating rated at 9H hardness with up to 4 years of protection — which one we use depends on the coating package and prep involved. Wheel faces get IGL Wheel, a dedicated metal coating rated at 9H hardness that shrugs off heat up to 300°C and helps brake dust release instead of baking on, good for about a year of protection. Between full coating visits, we can refresh gloss and water beading with IGL Premier, a spray-on topper that adds slickness and hydrophobic protection for up to 6 months. Like any ceramic coating, these improve gloss and make contaminants easier to remove — they do not make paint scratch-proof, and we won’t tell you otherwise.
